RE/MAX agents from across the Tasman set the bar high as many were recognised at the brand’s annual R4 conference in Las Vegas last month.
Nearly 30 RE/MAX members from Australia and New Zealand jetted to the entertainment capital of the world where they got to network with thousands of agents and business owners from around the globe.
During the event, the top performers in the franchise were recognised, and RE/MAX Australia and New Zealand had 38 entries in the franchise’s top 100 (which excluded the US and Canada).
New Zealand delegate Don Ha was highly recognised, ranked as the number two global residential team leader, and he accepted the award for having the number two global residential sales team.
RE/MAX Australia’s Daniel Burrett was named as the group’s Global Manager of the Year, and although he could not be at the event, he was thrilled to be recognised.
“It was exciting to have many Australian and New Zealand delegates collect awards, but there were others from our Australian and New Zealand networks who couldn’t be there on stage in Las Vegas to collect their awards,” RE/MAX Australia and New Zealand managing director Michael Davoren said.
“We acknowledge all these truly remarkable entrepreneurs.”
At the event, the agency’s CEO, Adam Contos, told the crowd they had grown to 130,000 agents across the globe in the last year, which is the most in the company’s history.
“This transformation solidifies that that RE/MAX leads the industry because of its people,” he said.
“Nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX, and as a brand, we keep evolving to enhance our advantages to meet the needs of our agents, business owners and consumers.”
