First National’s best agents from across New South Wales were recognised at an event in Sydney last weekend.

Everyone got dressed up and gathered at the Hyatt Regency on Saturday night to celebrate their success in the last year.

The top awards went to First National Newcastle as the Office of the Year, and the same franchise’s George Rafty was named Salesperson of the Year in NSW for the second year running.

First National Walsh & Sullivan was crowned with the Property Management Department of the Year, and First National Stanton & Taylor’s Michael Taylor took out Best Residential Property Manager of the Year.

First National Brailey’s Rachael Griffin was named Sales Rookie of the Year, and Kaitlin Crowe of First National David Haggarty took out Property Manager Rookie of the Year.

The brand is focused on a standard of excellence that puts its customer first, NSW state chairman Greg Taylor said.

“We deliver the things that customers value most: regular communication, quality advice, industry leading marketing and timely results. When agents bring these things together effectively, our customers get the results they seek, as do our agents and property managers,” he said.
