Local agent to head up Hunters Hill’s newest offering

Unprecedented demand for the “aspirational” suburb of Hunters Hill has led The Agency to launch a new office in a bid both to service the area and grow its Sydney footprint.

Headed by Lee Dowdall, the new office will be the latest addition to the group’s presence in the capital city’s blue-chip suburbs, ultimately leveraging on the emerging migration patterns across the harbour-based suburbs, particularly between the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

As a local resident of the area, Mr Dowdall boasts strong ties with the Hunters Hill community, where he has built up his 12-year-strong career in real estate, specialising in prestigious sales.

Looking ahead, the new business owner has revealed that he aims to capitalise on the increasing demand for space and quality by highlighting the Hunters Hill market’s lifestyle appeal, accentuated by desirable schools, a bustling restaurant scene, natural beauty and close proximity to the Sydney CBD.

Mr Dowdall has observed buyers as searching for premium properties at “unprecedented levels” in the area.

“They are looking to either build their dream home or buy the complete package ready to move in, so for local owners considering a change, now is the time to take advantage of the buoyant climate and record-high clearance rates,” Mr Dowdall said.

The new business owner has also expressed a desire to bring forth an honest and genuine approach to his service, inspired by the desire to give back to the community that has stood by his family during a challenging time — when he and his wife tragically lost their daughter to brain cancer.

“My personal story has allowed me to really assess what’s important to me, and having been backed by the community that I live and work in, I now want to give back and real estate allows me to do that,” he said.
