An established agency has revealed a brand-new office in a bid to service the growing Rooty Hill, Eastern Creek, Plumpton and surrounding areas.
Laing+Simmons Mount Druitt is behind the new Rooty Hill offering, which will be headed by Jack and Basel Nahas.
The pair have indicated they are looking forward to maximising the “blooming” opportunities within the area.
According to Basel Nahas, the area currently witnesses an increasing demand from young families and first home buyers due to strong transport connections, new shopping, dining and lifestyle choices, and relative affordability.
“It’s already a growth area, but the potential for further growth is significant,” he added.
“With the advantage of a strong culture, familiar brand and a proven business model, we felt the time was right to create a physical presence in Rooty Hill and formally become part of the community.”
According to the duo, they are aiming to bring Laing+Simmons’ full suite of real estate services to the local community, including sales, property management, auction services, project marketing and more.
This will be possible through recruitment of salespeople “with real local knowledge and focus on customer service”.
Laing+Simmons CEO Leanne Pilkington has expressed her support for the team behind the new Rooty Hill office.
According to her, moving Mount Druitt’s operations to a growth area such as Rooty Hill is “of great significance to the expansion of our network”.
