Pittwater Property has joined forces with Ray White in a bid to grow their reach across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Rebranded as Ray White Pittwater Property, the business will continue to operate under the leadership of director Ben McNamara and principal Sash de Bilde.

Mr de Bilde boasts 20 years of real estate experience, with over $1 billion worth of property sold and an extensive network across the region, where he was born and raised.

The principal was recently the recipient of the Best Sales Campaign in the country at the REB Awards 2021.

And while Mr McNamara only entered the real estate scene four years ago, he quickly rose up the ranks, so much so that he was recognised as a finalist in the Rising Star category of the REB Awards 2021, too.

Commenting on their decision to lead a business together, Mr McNamara said they “quickly realised that we shared the same ambitions, work ethic and family values”.

He said: “We have decided that working with Ray White will enhance our offering tenfold, with the systems, technology and networking opportunities on offer… So we can focus more on doing what we do best: getting the best results possible for our clients.”

As the newest member of the national network, the duo have revealed aims to champion the potential of the Pittwater region to a wider audience, including the sought-after suburbs of the Northern Beaches.

According to them, these areas have been gaining popularity across all demographics for their “picturesque coastal views and lifestyle”, as well as the diverse range of housing available — from apartments and acreage to multimillion-dollar beach and waterfront homes.

“We have so many beautiful beaches, walks, parks at our doorstep here. Pittwater itself is also great for any water activity: kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, boating. It is the ultimate place to live,” Mr McNamara said.

“It is a very family-oriented, great place to raise children and is very popular for holiday homes and anyone who enjoys the outdoors,” Mr de Bilde added. “Whether you are a family, a couple, single, downsizing, retiree or investor, the Pittwater area literally has something for everyone.”

They’ve also shared plans to open a premium property management service, to be headed up by licensed agent Emma Blake, who boasts 15 years of real estate experience herself.

As they move towards expansion, Mr McNamara and Mr de Bilde have indicated that they will be growing their team of 10 in order to ultimately achieve the greater reach they aim for.

“Our whole team is passionate about real estate, and we are totally focused on getting the best possible results for our clients,” Mr de Bilde said.

“We are endeavouring to build strategic partnerships for the long term. We are thrilled to be part of an international brand, while still maintaining our boutique feel and service offering,” Mr McNamara added.

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch has expressed his support for the Pittwater Property team.

“[Sash and Ben] are well established within the community, are market leaders and we know that we will achieve great things together for the Pittwater community,” the CEO said.

“We look forward to supporting them as they continue to provide the best possible service and advice to their customers.”
