After selling up in 2018, Justin Ferguson has revealed his return to the Lower North Shore real estate market.

Dubbed Justin Ferguson, the independent agency has been created to provide a premium service to the Lower North Shore precinct as well as a “truly one-on-one experience” for his clients within the local community.

“It’s great to be back after a break!” Mr Ferguson said.

“When past, present and potential future clients kept reaching out to me for advice, or to sell their properties, I made the decision to relaunch but in a different way this time.”

From his perspective, being a solo agent “means that I can truly provide a bespoke, premium service to all of my clients to ensure the experience of selling their most valuable asset is a stress-free and positive one before, during and after the sale”.

“I’m also a local myself and have been for many years, so I know every precinct and already have long-term connections within the local community,” he noted.

Across Mr Ferguson’s 35-year career, he’s transacted more than 1,000 properties across the Lower North Shore, with a combined value of nearly $2 billion, and was twice named First National Group’s top salesperson of the year.

Solidifying his re-emergence in the market, Mr Ferguson has already secured and launched his new agency’s first listing — a North Sydney apartment.
