Stellario Realty Group has marked a new milestone, aligning with a national network.

First established back in 2013, Stellario has marked its eighth year in the industry with its new partnership with Century 21 and a new office in Queensland’s Mount Gravatt, which is set to service the suburbs of Wishart, Mansfield as well as Mount Gravatt and its surrounding areas.

Principal Lucky Tennekoon will be heading up the new space, with Century 21 touting her expertise across residential property sales as well as her standards of service.

Ms Tennekoon has described her team as “[sharing] passion for achieving great sales results, a deep commitment to their clients, and a true sense of community that extends into regular local and charitable work”.

According to the principal, their move to a franchise will allow them to leverage resources, support and training to better service the local community.

She said: “I’m very excited that Stellario is joining the Century 21 family.

“We will continue to provide a personalised boutique service but now have the support of a larger team and a consumer-facing brand behind us.”

Century 21 CEO James Bell has also offered his support for Ms Tennekoon and her team.

He commented: “Having known Lucky for some time as a competitor when I operated my own real estate agency in the area, I feel privileged that she has entrusted her business with C21 and look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together.”
