The new owners of Brisbane’s Belle Property Paddington have revealed big ambitions for the business.
The agency is set for a springtime transformation, moving to a space in the inner-city suburb on Given Terrace with a new leadership team in tow.
New owners, Anthony Whittard alongside husband-and-wife team Glenn and Skye Finlay, are bringing changes to the business, which services postcodes in Ashgrove, Bardon, Paddington, Red Hill, and The Gap.
The trio have big plans to make it into Belle’s top 10 offices for sales over the next year, though Ms Finlay notes that’s just where their plans start.
"We are all firm believers that businesses need to grow sustainably, while operating authentically with clients and empowering staff to perform at their best. We also want to form strong community partnerships and plan to get involved with local activities wherever possible,” Ms Finlay said.
Mr Whittard and Mr Finlay were most recently agents with Belle Property in Ascot, where Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb noted they achieved great sales results.
In joining with Ms Finlay, also a registered agent, to open their own agency, the colleagues were attracted to the idea of staying in the Belle family.
Mr Finlay said: “We were drawn to Belle Property’s boutique brand and elegant look and feel, which along with the extensive support for offices made it really stand out from other networks,” he said.
Mr Hanscomb said that their prior involvement with the brand makes the new venture feel like a great match.
