REB is pleased to unveil the top 50 agents operating in Queensland for 2021.
With the support of Propps, this new state-based ranking comes at a time when property markets across Australia are seeing record-breaking results.
The ranking and associated report is an initiative of Real Estate Business (REB), produced with the support of Momentum Intelligence.
Using three major metrics, the REB Top 50 Agents Queensland report definitively ranks participants using a comparative score: the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, and the average sale value across a 12-month period.
According to REB’s deputy editor Grace Ormsby, the REB Top 50 Agents QLD 2021 report ultimately aims to offer agents an industry-wide recognition for their sustained performance over “what has been a particularly difficult set of circumstances over the last 12 months”.
“This new ranking celebrates the stand-out performers across QLD, as well as recognising their contribution to setting strong professional performance standards within the state.”

REB has already released Top 50 rankings for Western Australia and South Australia, with Top 50 rankings for Victoria and New South Wales still to come.
