A Central Coast real estate industry veteran has parted ways with his longtime network, joining forces with Stone Real Estate.

After many years operating under Ray White’s umbrella, Gosford agent Adrian Knight will now lend his experience of over three decades to boutique brand Stone.

Stone partner and head of franchise Luke Cameron said Mr Knight’s addition represented an important step for the network’s growth in NSW.

“Adrian brings over 20 years of experience as a principal in the area and has spent time with some of the largest agencies on the Central Coast. He is well-positioned to continue that success with the backing of the Stone Real Estate network, and he’s a huge asset for our business.”

Mr Knight, who officially opened the doors of his Stone outfit on 1 October, said that he was ready to deliver for the brand.

“I am delighted to join the team at Stone Real Estate and continue delivering strong results in the Gosford region. We have a strong, established business, and we are well-positioned to take advantage of a key market that is poised for future growth,” said Mr Knight.

Mr Cameron noted the new office was a big opportunity for the network, as Australians re-evaluate their home and lifestyle choices and flock to communities like those found in the Central Coast.

“The Central Coast is one of the fastest-growing regional areas in NSW, and we’re thrilled to welcome Adrian Knight to the team,” Mr Cameron said.

He noted that over 70 per cent of the sales inquiries the area was receiving came from Sydneysiders looking for a sea change and a more affordable option than the city’s high prices. Adding Mr Knight to the roster means Stone can capitalise on his deep knowledge of the region.
