Buyers and sellers in Brisbane’s southside now have a new real estate option with the opening of RE/MAX Residence in Logan Central.
Real estate brokers Shane Shaikh and Ratio Rajput have been announced by the network as joining forces to offer personalised service to buyers and sellers in Logan City.
“We are excited to be part of RE/MAX. Our business revolves around providing quality service and a great experience, and I am excited to bring a new, fresh approach to sellers and buyers of Logan and the southern Brisbane suburbs,” said Mr Shaikh.
He said that an alignment with the network “allows us to continue to focus on the day-to-day business of our customers while keeping our finger on the pulse of the industry and our local market”.
When it comes to personalised service, it matters that the new team behind RE/MAX Residence have 14 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales and marketing and are locals of Brisbane’s southside.
“Brisbane’s southside has been home to us for a long time. We’ve lived and worked in the area, and the community is very important to us,” explained Ms Rajput.
“When we established our business, our commitment was to staying in the area and giving Logan residents the best real estate experience possible.”
Joel Davoren, managing director of RE/MAX Australia, shared the RE/MAX Residence owners’ excitement in bringing their brand to this side of Brisbane: “We are thrilled to have Shane and Ratio move into business ownership with RE/MAX. They offer exceptional professionalism, a great wealth of knowledge and an enthusiastic and dynamic approach. Customers will have a quality experience from this growing real estate team.
“They are an excellent addition to RE/MAX Australia, and we thank them for partnering with us and trusting us to take their business forward.”
