Sydney’s Hills District will see four of the area’s established names expand their operation into Rouse Hill.
Starr Partners has announced the opening of a new office led by Vikas Satija, Mohit Gupta, Harish Saini, and Karan Thapar, who together head up the network’s franchise in nearby Kellyville.
Mr Satija said the area was ripe for expansion, with the suburb forming a major part of a growing corridor in the north-west. He pointed to key developments, like the opening of a new Sydney Metro line in 2019, that had recently spurred activity in the area.
“We have experienced major developmental progress in the areas of public transport, retail precincts, eateries, and health facilities over the last ten years,” Mr Satija said. “The decision to establish a physical presence seemed logical, as we have already gained significant traction with a number of high-profile results in the area.”
Starr Partners CEO Douglas Driscoll commented that the quartet were already experts in the region. “I believe that the Rouse Hill team will be a successful addition to our award-winning group, especially as the property market in Sydney’s north-west is likely to continue to thrive.”
Mr Satija noted that the population of Sydney’s Hills District was expected to increase by over 100,000 residents in the next 20 years, and he anticipated the area gaining particular traction with young families seeking space.
“As Sydney continues to grow, I believe that traffic congestion, overcrowding, and a lack of family time are motivating people to change their living arrangements according to their priorities,” he said.
“The suburb’s shopping centres, public transport, and several quality schools is another huge advantage for this demographic. As local residents ourselves, me and my team can’t wait to serve our local community from our new office.”
