This Glenwood High School and University of Western Sydney graduate is looking to bring his team and business to the next level by opening a Ray White office in the Hills District.

Shiv Nair, who boasts a 33 per cent market share in the suburb of Glenwood, will be joined at the Ray White outpost by his team of seven.

“Where else do you go when you are at the top of your game? I firmly believe that now is the right time to join the Ray White family,” he stated.

From his perspective, the group is attracting all the top operators for its culture and partnership philosophy. That’s what I am looking for to open my own business”.

Mr Nair has noted that while the real estate industry is changing quickly, “I have a very hardworking team around me, and we are all looking forward to helping our clients in the same way.”

“Our clients will see no different; we’re offering the same high standard of customer service,” Mr Nair said with assurance.

As locals who grew up in Sydney’s north-west, Mr Nair has professed his young, high-energy team’s strong sense of community.

According to Ray White, they represent part of the wave of next-generation brokers who have been drawn to Ray White’s culture and philosophy.

For Ray White Group managing director Dan White, when elite agents like Mr Nair join the Ray White Group, it’s an affirmation of the network’s purpose.

“Our core purpose has always been to provide the best environment for our agents and businesses to thrive and prosper in,” Mr White stated.

Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch has also alluded to the network’s progressive and ambitious style: “We work with each principal to develop a business plan unique to the business they are trying to grow. We firmly see ourselves as partners, not franchisors, and this collaborative approach is very attractive to the next generation of business owners.”
