Agent Brent Pilkington has rebranded his Terrigal outfit to Stone Real Estate, bringing with him plenty of local experience and adding to the network’s growing presence on the burgeoning Central Coast.
Having lived in the neighbourhood since he was three years old and with more than 20 years of industry experience to back him, Mr Pilkington has noted that Sydney residents are flocking to the area in search of more affordable houses and a better lifestyle while still being close to the city of Sydney.
Stone partner and head of franchise Luke Cameron said the network is “seeing a huge surge in enquiries in the Central Coast coming from Sydney where people are re-evaluating their work and lifestyle options and seeking affordability outside of booming city markets”.
