James Redfern has made a sea change of his own after nearly four decades in the Stonnington and Boroondara area.
RT Edgar Mornington Peninsula managing director Holly Longmuir made the announcement that Mr Redfern would be joining the team, stating, “for anyone who knows James and more particularly the premium property market in Melbourne; they will understand what an incredible compliment it is that he has chosen us”.
“He has a very natural warmth, hilariously dry sense of humour and is simply a wonderful human!” she exclaimed.
Working across Portsea to Flinders and Somers, the former director of Marshall White will be specialising in the selling of prestige rural and coastal properties across the peninsula.
Ms Longmuir noted that Mr Redfern and his family “are now immersed in the coastal, country life that is on offer in this magical part of the world”.
For Mr Redfern himself, the decision to join the team comes from a combination of “adventure, challenge, and culture”.
“I’m excited about what 2022 will hold,” he continued.
According to RT Edgar Mornington Peninsula, Mr Redfern’s decision to join the agency comes at a time when the company continues to grow in size and strengthen its position in the Mornington Peninsula market.
