Hutton & Hutton (H & H) has recruited an experienced agent in the city’s inner north to bring a point of difference to their boutique team.
Joining the outfit as a lead agent, Deb Maguire’s expertise across various real estate sectors, including in construction as both a builder and investor, is set to support the network’s projects and developments arm.
Ms Maguire has worked as an onsite sales agent for multiple luxury apartment developments and represented some of the industry’s largest developers, cultivating extensive knowledge and experience in new development.
According to the agent, she’s ready to hit the ground running.
“I really hope the guys at H & H are ready for the energy I’ll bring to the team; persistence and patience are my virtues, and I’ll be looking to contribute everything I’ve got,” Ms Maguire said.
“I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences and becoming a mentor within the team while simultaneously learning from each person I meet.”
She said she was drawn to the H & H brand because of their “presence in the local market grounded in a strong sales history benchmarked by integrity and a strong belief in providing exemplary services to their clients”.
H & H Group chief executive and principal Peter Hutton said the network was ready to welcome Ms Maguire’s energy to the team.
