The network’s revealed a brand-new franchise in North Ryde.

Stone North Ryde will be led by directors James Sarzano and Jason Segon, who have been colleagues for seven years, with the support of agent Alvin Ngiam.

Mr Sarzano brings his wealth of experience in sales and marketing to the table and has been described by Stone partner and head of franchise Luke Cameron as an “ambitious and competitive operator with a strong client focus”.

Speaking of Mr Sarzano’s knowledge of the local property market, Mr Cameron said this had earned him a reputation as someone who is “able to rapidly adapt to changing market conditions”.

Meanwhile, Mr Segon’s sales background in London’s financial and advertising industries offers a unique edge.

He is seen as a property professional who has “a deep understanding of buyer psychology”, according to Mr Cameron.

“He takes a highly individual approach to every property he sells, creating targeted, strategic, engaging campaigns that ensure optimum results.”

In just over a month since the new franchise launched in January, it’s reportedly already claimed a significant chunk of the market, rising to second in rank in the area.

Mr Cameron has commended the team’s “understanding of the Stone ethos and values of passion, energy, and dedication in the North Ryde area” and believes that “with their fresh approach, focus on technology and supportive culture”, they can set up clients for success.
