RE/MAX Metro has landed on Sydney’s upper north shore – having first found its feet in Barangaroo last year.

Owner Bryan Sun sees the move as a strategic one, as he looks to capitalise on the area’s prime market.

Not only does the new location offer up a much larger physical presence for Mr Sun than it did in Barangaroo, but RE/MAX Metro’s new main road location will also provide a high-profile presence in the marketplace he wants to focus on.

A local of the Sydney region himself, the business owner considers the upper north shore as “the right place for us”.

“It is truly beautiful, with lovely tree-lined streets, parks and the best public and private schools in Sydney,” he remarked.

With the move north complete, Mr Sun’s aims are to “expand the team and increase our business and reputation even further in the north shore”.

Reflecting on how the business has already grown since kicking things off in May 2021, Mr Sun said “business has grown because we continue to break vendor expectations and receive enormous positive feedback from the market”.

With the new office’s location in a renowned and affluent area, Mr Sun said “the average home might cost $3 million to $4 million but you get a lot more space for your family. Blocks are generally 900 to 1,000 square metres.”

He acknowledges that the pandemic has led to changing lifestyles – “people are moving further from the city centre as they seek bigger spaces inside and outside, a pool and a generous backyard”.
