Fresh off an expansion into Crows Nest, a Sydney duo are keeping up the momentum by adding a fourth office to their purview.

Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson, current principals of Belle Property’s Neutral Bay, Crows Nest, and Cammeray operations, will take on the leadership of a new Mosman office in mid-April.

Peter Hanscomb, chief executive of Belle Property, said the move into Mosman, where the median house price sits at $5 million, would further cement Mr Smythe and Mr Jackson as heavyweights in the area.

“Matthew and Mark are well known and highly regarded in lower north shore real estate circles, so it makes perfect sense to extend their services into neighbouring Mosman,” Mr Hanscomb said.

He noted that the team were moving quickly, with their newest office, in Crows Nest, having only opened in mid-January.

“We are extremely excited about this change in leadership and the new opportunities this affords our agents and clients. By expanding their stronghold into Mosman, Mark and Matthew now have the ability to collaborate with new partners, already high-performing agents and aspiring agents,” Mr Hanscomb noted.
