Making the move to a new city and agency may serve as a strategic decision for agents who want to bring their career to new heights, but for Anita Nichols, it’s a decision that goes beyond strategy.

Having built a name for herself in the Sunshine Coast’s tough Noosa market, Ms Nichols’ recent move to LJ Hooker Property Centre was a no-brainer that was led by the heart.

“I’ve always loved the Bayside and have wanted to reconnect with friends and family, especially since COVID,” said Ms Nichols.

Her experience covers a broad range of services in real estate that includes listing and selling numerous multimillion-dollar properties.

With love for real estate fueling Ms Nichols’ success in the industry, she explained that she wanted to be part of an agency that equally shared her passion for serving clients.

Seeing the impressive accomplishments of the team behind the LJ Hooker Property Centre in Bayside, she said: “I could see my ‘Noosa Magic’ being embraced, and the culture they have fostered is precisely what I was looking for.”

Ms Nichols is looking forward to making strides in the Bayside real estate market as part of the LJ Hooker team.

“I know I can get the service and support that my clients deserve, so I can focus on negotiating record breaking results,” she expressed.
