Working under the prestige agency banner, a local husband-and-wife team is all set to take on the Gold Coast.
Operating along the southern end of the Gold Coast, Dan and Essie Moloney have revealed their aim to offer vendors “another option” when it comes to selling prestige property in the region.
“Essie and I are proud to now align ourselves with Adcock Prestige, a brand which for the past two decades, has built a strong reputation for its professionalism and results as specialists in the prestige property market,” Mr Moloney said.
He added that their decision to join the network was because of their shared ethos and alignment between the parties.
According to Mrs Moloney, opening an Adcock Prestige office means they “will be able to target local, interstate and international buyers to ensure we achieve a premium result every time”.
For Adcock Prestige principal Jason Adcock, a move into the Gold Coast market had always been in the group’s sights.
“When we rebranded and relaunched Adcock Prestige almost nine months ago, I was keen to set up shop on the Gold Coast, but I just had to find the right agents to do that,” he said.
Detailing that they needed to be “a perfect fit”, Mr Adcock said he’s found that in the Moloneys.
“They are part of the Gold Coast community and that sort of thing is important to people buying and selling. They want someone who lives and breathes the area, who is part of the fabric of the community,” he stated.
Reflecting on the new opportunity, Mr Moloney said: “As a husband-and-wife team we don’t just work in real estate, we live it.”
“Our passion is to change the industry and the way real estate is done. At the end of the day, real estate is not about buying or selling properties, it is about relationships and understanding people, their wants, needs and their personal situation,” the agent concluded.
As well as selling luxury properties across the southern Gold Coast, Mr Moloney will also be tasked with conducting all Adcock Prestige auctions across the region.
