REB is pleased to reveal its top 50 agents in Victoria for 2022.
2022 signals the second year in which the state-based rankings have been produced by Real Estate Business (REB), and this year, they are proudly sponsored by Realtair.
The annual rankings and associated report are an initiative of REB, produced jointly with Momentum Intelligence. They highlight and celebrate the achievements of the top-performing residential real estate agents in Victoria.
A variety of metrics are used in the development of the rankings, including the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold and the average sale value. A comparative score is then developed using these metrics that determine the top-ranked Victorian residential agents.
The rankings are a celebration of the innovation and strength of Victoria’s residential agents, said REB editor Grace Ormsby.
“Victoria’s property markets suffered an immense amount of disruption in 2021, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, so to see such strong numbers coming out of the state is incredibly inspiring – and goes to show the innovative approaches to transacting that Victorian agents have implemented of late,” Ms Ormsby said.
“On behalf of the entire team at REB, I offer up my congratulations to every single agent who has made this year’s ranking. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed!”
Over the coming weeks, REB will be releasing the Top 50 Agents NSW 2022 ranking, REB Top 100 Agents 2022, and REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2022.
