Several high-performing teams have combined under Belle’s banner to service Sydney’s western suburbs.

Belle Property Concord has merged with Belle Property Strathfield and Belle Property Homebush, with a principal of the latter two offices, Simon Furnari, stepping into that role in Concord. He partners with the agency’s current director Roger Agha in leading their activities.

Norman So and Michael Ma will continue to work with Mr Furnari in running the Concord and Strathfield operations as principals there.

Mr Furnari explained that he and Mr Agha had always found a lot of common ground between their businesses, which made the prospect of a merger an attractive opportunity for them both.

“There has always been a great synergy between our three offices, with Roger and I sharing a common goal of servicing our clients and suburb to the highest of standards, in order to deliver customers the exceptional results our brand is renowned for,” he said.

Though he’s just added a significant service area to his purview, Mr Furnari hinted that his plans don’t stop there.

“Ultimately this merger is a great win for our clients, as they stand to benefit from better access to a greater pool of local buyers along with increased exposure for their properties. And by cementing our brand’s presence in the inner west market, this also paves the way for further expansion opportunities going forwards,” he said.

Belle Property chief executive Peter Hanscomb emphasised the broad skill set that would now be available within the combined entity.

“Both Roger and Simon have serviced the Concord markets for a number of years, in the process developing deep and enduring client relationships and professional connections in the area.

“With this talented duo at the helm of our Concord office, I have every confidence they will be hitting their strides in no time and putting their collective stamp firmly on the local market,” he said.

Mr Hanscomb also expressed his confidence in the continued performance of the wider operation.

“Between them they have notched up an impressive track record to date, with Norman, Simon and Michael’s Strathfield office achieving the third highest number of transactions in our national network last year, and Roger a multi award-winning agent in his own right,” he noted.

The news of the merger comes fresh off the announcement of REB’s Top 100 Agents, in which Mr So recently ranked ninth, moving up from the number 10 spot last year. He also took out the number 10 spot in REB’s NSW rankings.
