There’s a new real estate name in the Noosa Hinterland: George Real Estate.
Brian and Carlene George are the brains behind the new Queensland business, which is powered by UrbanX.
Having entered the industry over six years ago, the husband-and-wife team has indicated that they are excited to be able to capitalise on their experience, running their business the way they want to.
With a focus on their clients, the duo see their home base of Pomona as “a vibrant village”, within the up-and-coming Noosa Hinterland area.
“We wanted our brand to be approachable. We wanted the George Real Estate brand to have a premium, homely feel without being pretentious.
“As business owners, we are excited to stand under our own brand and provide an amazing experience for everyone in our local market,” the pair commented.
They also say they are motivated to “do things differently” in their new venture, sharing that they felt “they were continually being held back by roadblocks, because of agency rules and restrictions” while within a traditional real estate model.
Praising their new business model, the Georges commented that UrbanX “go over and above for us”.
“After working in a traditional storefront agency we honestly can’t believe how quickly everything is turned around and how easy they make it for us. They are full of ideas and their energy to provide them is so motivating,” they said.
“Only yesterday we had a 30 minute catch up with the marketing team and they provided two amazing ideas that we were able to execute quickly, which would have taken months previously.”
