Century 21 has shared that it will be expanding its brand into one of northern NSW’s most popular coastal tourist locations.

Already located in the heart of Alstonville, the Century 21 Plateau Lifestyle Real Estate team has revealed it will be expanding the business with the opening of a second office in the bustling Byron Bay.

The fledgling office will be led by licensee-in-charge Lynette Outerbridge and her business partner Noel Outerbridge, the recipient of over 60 industry awards and has numerous times been named in the top 1 per cent of Century 21 salespeople globally.

James Bell, chief executive of Century 21 Australia, said the Outerbridges were the only option the brand considered to grow the new office.

“When it came to finding the right team to open an office in Byron, we didn’t give a minute’s thought to looking beyond offering the opportunity to Noel and Lynette. They and their team are some of the best in the business with a very solid local presence already,” he said.

Bringing more than 60 years of industry experience to the new office, the Outerbridges will be looking to implement the market knowledge and customer service skills developed and celebrated at their Alstonville office into the Century 21 Plateau lifestyle Byron Bay office.

Utilising their extensive knowledge of the local area, which spans from Alstonville, located west of Ballina, right up to Byron Bay and its surrounding hinterland, the pair will aim to boost Century 21’s reach and impact as it establishes a foothold in the popular tourist location.

“Our family has been part of the local far north coast community for well over 100 years. We pride ourselves on having this deep connection to, and understanding of, the diverse property market here,” Mr Outerbridge said.

“We are local, we know local people and have a lot of goodwill and trust tied to our existing Century 21 Plateau Lifestyle Real Estate business in Alstonville which we will bring to Byron Bay,” he continued.

Supporting existing business owners to expand their network is part of Century 21’s growth strategy, and Mr Bell said the Outerbridges are a perfect example of this road map in action.

“Encouraging our existing business owners to take up new opportunities and expand their local presence is a growth strategy we have had great success implementing. Creating stronger teams built around a solid business foundation is how we can best support our network to achieve more success and continue increasing their market share,” he concluded.
