The Craigieburn office is the network’s 11th shopfront to open since the business first kicked off in 2011.

For Reliance Real Estate chief executive Sunil Kumar, the expansion to the city’s north from Melbourne’s western suburbs is a way to give the company future growth.

Only 25 kilometres from Melbourne’s central business district, Mr Kumar noted that the area is rapidly growing – with a local population of almost 51,000 people.

Set to service the “diverse and large” areas of Craigieburn, Donnybrook, and Mickleham from Craigieburn Central, Mr Kumar said the company is “always ready to dive into new areas”.

Jimmy Gill has been revealed as directing and leading the new operation, having previously been an agent in Reliance Real Estate’s Melton office.

Having sold over 300 homes, the CEO said the highly respected agent is ready to take on Craigieburn and “fulfill the dreams of more families, while leading the entire team to success”.

The newest office will also be home to Reliance Real Estate’s second operation of broking service Funding Force, with Boris Peters set to lead this team.

Mr Peters’ oft-quoted saying that “the workplace must be a fun place” will reportedly set the tone in the new office space, with Mr Kumar expressing that the office “can expect a great environment for our staff and clients”.
