Just one year since launching his own brand, Adam Boettcher has experienced tremendous growth.
In the past 12 months, Boettchers Real Estate, which focuses on the Ipswich market in Queensland, has experienced 708 per cent growth in its settled GCI, according to a statement from the group powering the agency from behind the scenes, UrbanX.
Reflecting on his journey so far, Adam Boettcher said he is proud of the success he and his team have been able to achieve in such a short space of time, acknowledging that building a business from scratch can be both “stressful and time consuming”.
“But it is also incredibly rewarding, especially when I see my team doing so well,” Mr Boetctcher said.
Expressing his delight at watching the brand bring joy to its clients, Mr Boetctcher believes the freedom to create his own unique workplace culture has been a driving force for the business so far.
“Growing a team and watching people double and triple their incomes (GCI) under our brand, is something that I’m very proud of,” he shared.
He has also commended the support that had been provided to him on the back end, acknowledging that administration and staff support had been crucial for his boutique brand’s growth, indicating that: “UrbanX has allowed me to focus on the income producing components of the business.”
Having already achieved so much in such a short space of time, Mr Boettcher has no plans to slow down the growth anytime soon, even in a changing marketplace.
“I’m excited by the opportunity to continue to develop and grow our team,” he commented.
“With the market going from nuts to normal, I think it presents opportunities for our experienced, well-trained agents to take market share and really double down on the foundations that we have built.”
