The marketing specialist has joined Ayre Real Estate as its head of brand and marketing.

According to the agency’s founder and principal Adrian Wilson, the decision to bring Ms Wilson on board “is a strategic move to focus on building Ayre’s brand recognition within our current and new markets to accelerate our growth”.

Ms Wilson is the former owner of real estate specialist digital marketing agency Chronicle Republic and brings more than a decade worth of experience to the role, across property management, sales, marketing, and leadership.

She also brings her background of a master’s in marketing and a bachelor of arts in communications to the agency’s expertise.

According to the statement announcing her appointment, the new head of brand and marketing will be focused “on giving Ayre a competitive advantage to attract more leads, new agents and businesses to the brand”.

“In addition, it will also give a point of difference in the marketplace from a branding and marketing perspective, allowing them to have the resources to offer bespoke digital campaigns to vendors and landlords,” it said.

According to Ms Wilson herself, with the addition of her unique skill set and experience, “we have an opportunity now to take the business to a new level, something very few small to medium sized agencies have the capability to achieve”.

She believes it’s “rare to see a real estate brand that has been built with intentional vision, values and purpose from the outset”.

From Mr Wilson’s position as founder and principal, that vision “has always been to be the leaders in the prestige apartment market”.

The agency, which now consists of three offices, boasts more than $1 billion in rent roll assets and has reportedly sold more than $162 million worth of premium real estate across the city in the past 12 months.

Ayre Real Estate was crowned New Office of the Year at the REB Awards 2020. Since then, REB has reported on the opening of its third location, in Sydney’s Circular Quay, which kicked off in early 2021.

“We want to be a multi-office brand within key apartment markets across the country,” he shared.

Indicating expansion has “always been on the cards”, he concluded: “We are always looking for opportunities to partner with people who share our vision and ethos and that’s one of the key messages we want to get out there.”
