The real estate management brand is joining up with a well-known name as it also celebrates the continued alignment of one of its own business owners.

Kim Jones Property — recently opened in the Byron Shire — is to be powered by the brand. Principal of the Northern Rivers outfit, Kim Jones, is the daughter of Di and Bill Jones.

Her upbringing in the industry led Ms Jones first into the family business, serving as a corporate leader, top-tier sales agent, and business owner over the course of three decades.

Ms Jones is joined at her agency by Karin Heller, a respected property adviser renowned throughout the local area. Ms Heller has been delivering strong, consistent results in the prestige property sector for over a decade.

“Kim Jones is an exceptional leader in real estate and has quickly shown her dominance since leaving the eastern suburbs [for] Byron Bay,” Smile Elite chief executive Scott Michaelson has said.

“We look forward to working with Kim Jones and her team as she continues to grow Kim Jones Property,” he commented.

In other news, Amit Kumar Property, headed up by principal Amit Kumar, has re-signed with the brand.

With nearly 10 years of industry experience, Mr Kumar has honed his skill and reputation throughout Sydney’s metropolitan and northern districts, with the last financial year seeing him achieve upwards of 120 property sales.

With a focus on the city’s north-west, Mr Kumar has a particular focus on the Schofields area — located approximately 45 kilometres from the central business district.

Mr Michaelson has applauded Mr Kumar’s results.

“Amit has continually seen huge year-on-year GCI and market share dominance in his core area — as a multi-million-dollar writer we have no doubt Amit will continue to develop further as one of Australia’s brightest stars in real estate,” he said.
