Ray White has welcomed a “sought-after” local agent into its D-suite as the network looks to build upon its momentum in Sydney’s lower north shore market.
John McManus will service the Willoughby and Artarmon area, as well as the surrounding suburbs of Naremburn, Northbridge, and Castlecrag as the new director of the Ray White Lower North Shore Group, the network unveiled.
Aside from bringing with him a “talented team of real estate professionals”, Ray White stated that Mr McManus also brings “long-term plans for growth at the leading business” to the network’s table.
Ray White Lower North Shore Group director and co-founder Richard Harding welcomed the latest addition to their enclave, noting that Mr McManus and his team’s shared vision of “providing high standards of market intelligence and unrivalled customer service” makes the alignment a harmonious one.
“Our goal, as always, is to put our clients first and deliver them the results they deserve, and this very much marries up with John’s ethos,” he stated.
Mr Harding added that Mr MacManus’ extensive knowledge and experience in the local area, along with his deep ties in the surrounding community, will help the network uphold its status as a market leader in the lower north shore market.
“With the addition of the McManus team, it will now have a much broader reach into Willoughby, Artarmon and surrounding areas,” he commented.
For Mr McManus, aligning with the Ray White brand marks a “new chapter” not just for him but for his team as well.
“I am looking forward to growing with [Ray White]. My team is very excited about this transition,” he stated.
Speaking on their future goals, Mr McManus said: “Our key focus will continue to be delivering outstanding results for our clients. In addition, moving forward our clients will benefit even further from our ability to work closely with a bigger team that will be in a position to better service the entire lower north shore.”
