The Limitless Group has added a Victoria Point-based team to its Queensland network as it looks to further bolster its presence in the region by tapping into markets with strong potential for growth.

The company announced that Leanne Bojarski and her unit have rebranded from Agents on Point and will now operate under RE/MAX Bayside following a successful merger.

Limitless director Hayley Van de Ven divulged that her business connection with Ms Bojarski had been established even before their alignment under the same network, revealing that they started out with a mentor-mentee relationship.

“Leanne approached me after AREC 2021 well before the Bayside business was even a twinkle in my eye and said, ‘Hayley I need a mentor and I’m sure you are the one!’, although I was apprehensive, Leanne was not taking no for an answer!” she recalled.

Ms Van de Ven highlighted that Ms Bojarski’s display of determination to learn under the RE/MAX business owner’s wing had made the latter “a force in Victoria Point in the last few years”.

“Leanne is an implementor. If she says she’s going to do something she just gets in there and gets it done! She embraces the values of limitless potential and is lifting the lid of the jar in this move to the Bayside team. I’m proud and privileged to welcome her to the Dream Team,” said Ms Van de Ven.

For Ms Bojarski, the shift towards the RE/MAX brand felt like “a natural move”.

“I’m at a stage in my business where I want to level up and it was important to partner with a business that embraced my growth and could assist me in growing my own team and personal brand,” Ms Bojarski stated.

Speaking on the latest addition to the RE/MAX Bayside team, managing director of RE/MAX Australia Joel Davoren expressed his belief that there is a “huge opportunity” in the Victoria Point market, noting that Ms Bojarski was the ideal business leader to pivot into it.

“Those like Leanne that are focused on building business and investing in their growth will always end up on top, we are thrilled to welcome Leanne to the network, ” Mr Davoren said.

He added that Ms Bojarski and her “dynamic” team fit in perfectly with RE/MAX’s “high-performance culture”.

“We love nothing more than working with sales agents who build sustainable assets and max their business growth,” Mr Davoren stated.

The Victoria Point team addition comes after a string of roster expansions across the Limitless Group operations.

Earlier in July, RE/MAX’s central Queensland team announced the addition of local sales agent Nikita Kinnane into its ranks. RE/MAX Results office in Mackay also welcomed independent consultant Melisha du Preez to its North Queensland base later that month.

In August, RE/MAX Results also added Karen Chappell into its ranks as the team’s Brisbane eastern suburbs specialist.
