The network announced that one of its progenitors is returning under a new top role, now armed with a tour-de-force resumé.

Conrad Nissirios — who is considered to be one of the group’s forerunners with his 10-year run as PRD Bondi Junction office’s leader in the late 1990s — will rejoin the group as its head of development and will be in charge of PRD’s national expansion.

Mr Nissirios returns to his roots after having held senior management positions with other heavyweight brands such as McGrath and Ray White, now touting an “illustrious” three-decade run within the industry.

According to PRD, the industry veteran’s callback was also due to his notable achievements in his previous role within the network.

Under his prior network post at Urban Land Housing, Mr Nissirios was responsible for the implementation of business growth strategies and propelled the brand to grow four offices to 11 in just three years —  a feat that PRD credited to his “market intelligence and expertise”.

In his new post, Mr Nissirous will be the point of contact between the network and current or aspiring franchise owners who are interested in diving into real estate sales, rentals and property management under the PRD brand.

Speaking on a familiar face returning to the network, PRD managing director Todd Hadley said Mr Nissirios’ extensive knowledge in the industry makes him the ideal person to spearhead the brand’s pivot towards national expansion.

“Conrad’s vast experience will be an invaluable asset to the group as an integral corporate team member, and we look forward to the PRD brand going from strength to strength from here,” Mr Hadley said.

With his solid history with the network combined with a “wealth of experience and knowledge” he accumulated throughout his career, PRD is banking on Mr Nissirios to usher in a new era of growth.

Mr Nissirios’ appointment marks the latest strategic steps undertaken by the brand to bolster its expansion this year.

As part of its shake-up, the network named Robert Ferguson as PRD’s Queensland business consultant in April. The network has also unveiled the opening of six new offices, the latest being PRD Bremer Valley, which opened its doors on 1 August.
