An independent agency operating in the Rockhampton region has aligned itself with Harcourts Queensland — an alliance marked with the launch of a “vibrant and new” office.

The group announced that Low & Co Property has rebranded and has begun operating as Harcourts Low & Co this month.

Grace Low, who is the new outfit’s leader, said that the prospect of operating under a national brand has been on their team’s radar.

“While we did enjoy being a boutique agency, joining a national brand and being a part of a bigger picture was something that has interested us for quite some time,” she professed.

Deemed to be one of the youngest principals in the local market, Ms Low jump-started her real estate career in 2007 in property development before switching up to real estate sales in 2008.

“I have always loved my job and the feeling of helping people, whether selling or buying; every property transaction tells a story and makes you a part of the client’s journey in that particular stage of their life,” she stated.

She also reflected that along with strong business relationships, she had also established strong personal ties with clients throughout her now 15-year strong run in the space. “Real estate is such a rewarding career, and it truly is my passion,” she opined.

By being part of a bigger network, Ms Low also said she is looking forward to being able to continue building on the market reputation her team has built over the years while operating as an independent brand.

“We have a vibrant and dynamic team here at Harcourts Low & Co. Our team has backgrounds in different trade industries and a common passion for people. Our mission statement is ‘Here for you’ because we really do care about our clients,” she said.

Harcourts Queensland chief executive Mitch Peereboom expressed his enthusiasm for the newest addition to the group’s ranks.

“Grace embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and ambition that drives real estate businesses forward.

“Having operated as an independent agency for the last few years, [Ms Low] has an established reputation in the market, and we could not be prouder to partner with her in this next phase of growth,” he stated.

It’s not just a new office that Harcourts Queensland welcomed this month.

Recently, the group has strengthened its executive slate by appointing Brittany May as its business operations manager — an industry top gun known for providing “tailor-made” business solutions.
