A new office is set to bolster Harcourts’ South Australian presence — on both a local and international level.
Helmed by director and sales professional William Bai, Harcourts St Peters is already being touted for its “special service” by South Australian chief executive Stu Costello.
“William is fluent in both English and Mandarin,” he revealed.
“Couple that with his wide-ranging real estate know-how, and you can see how Harcourts St Peters offers a special service.”
Adding that Mr Bai’s professionalism and experience have earned him the respect of his clients, Harcourts SA has noted Mr Bai’s ability to identify customers both locally and internationally and provide solutions across a broad range of financial offers and opportunities.
It means “Mr Bai is uniquely placed to help people from all over the world into their new SA homes”.
For Mr Bai himself, it’s a “distinctive approach” that’s gleaned him and his team an extensive knowledge of the local market — and helps them to deliver “better outcomes for both organisations and the local community”.
“I concentrate on identifying and building relationships with key local influencers, community groups and referral partners,” he divulged.
Already, that strategy is paying off, with Mr Costello stating that “Harcourts St Peters reinforces how Harcourts can maintain an international focus while offering that very important local service”.
“We’re delighted that William and his team have opened here in SA,” he commented.
