REB is calling on all Western Australian agents to submit now for the state-based Top 50 Agents rankings for a chance at national recognition.
The REB Top 50 Agents is a state-based ranking that appreciates that agents are required to take a local approach in their area, given that no two markets are identical.
We are presenting Western Australian agents with an opportunity to be recognised for operating at the top of their game and going above and beyond for buyers and sellers in their local area.
Submissions close on Friday, 3 March 2023 so be quick!
The Top 50 Agents state-based rankings were introduced in 2021 for agents working across Australia, including Western Australia.
The rankings will provide national recognition to agents who have established a strong local presence and set the benchmark for residential real estate excellence.
The ranked agents also set strong professional performance standards for others to emulate in Western Australia.
For the rankings, agents will be asked to submit data from their settled residential sales for the 2022 calendar year, on which this ranking will be based.
Following this, agents will be ranked based on a range of criteria, including:
- Number of residential listings secured
- Number of residential property settlements
- Value of residential property settlements
- Average commission rate
- Average days on market
- Support staff
- Years in the industry
REB will reveal the Top 50 Agents state-based rankings from April to May 2023.
REB editor Grace Ormsby encouraged agents across the country to jump on board and submit for the rankings for an opportunity to be recognised for their hard work and success.

We look forward to being blown away by the calibre of work and volumes being achieved by agents across the great state.”
