Ray White Upper North Shore has garnered the services of a leading prestige property agent in the area.

Ben Cohen has made the move across to the five-office strong agency group, joining the Charles Caravousanos-led business from Sotheby’s International.

Mr Caravousanos, group general manager of Ray White Upper North Shore, has expressed his excitement at Mr Cohen’s inclusion in the business, sharing that “Ben understands that relationships are at the core of selling real estate.”

“He has built his reputation on building strong partnerships that are the foundation for securing premium results,” he commented.

Ray White Upper North Shore reported Mr Cohen holds 11 current price records and has sold a whopping $257 million worth of property across the area.

“With an average sale price of over $7.5 million, he has sold some of the most luxurious and desirable properties in the most sought-after pockets of the Upper North Shore. His vast experience, education, network and thoughtful, individually tailored approach to sales is impressive and makes him the right fit for Ray White Upper North Shore,” the group general manager continued.

With Mr Cohen now armed with the technology, data, insights, marketing strategies and support services on offer, Mr Caravousanos said that “together, this is a formidable partnership.”

According to Mr Cohen himself, the move into the Roseville-based office — and the business more broadly — is a strategic one.

“I am excited about joining Ray White Upper North Shore as I have admired their dominating market presence for some time and believe this gives me an unrivalled platform to deliver more for prestige property sellers in the area,” he said.

“With an exciting real estate market on the horizon, I can’t wait to share this competitive advantage with my network.”

Lauding the similar visions held by himself and the agency, Mr Cohen also revealed his appreciation for “their customer-centric approach and strong team atmosphere.”
