The network has continued to strengthen its presence in the NSW North Coast with the establishment of a new outfit in a coveted holiday spot in the lifestyle region.

Following an acquisition, Elders Brunswick Heads is the latest addition to the Elders Lifestyle Group’s growing presence in the NSW North Coast region.

This brings the total number of offices under the group’s banner to 15, including the recent additions of two new agencies in Yamba/Illuka and a partnership with Elders Grafton.

Chief executive Dave Gray stated that the group’s entry into Brunswick head will further bolster Elders Lifestyle Group’s position as market leaders, citing the acquired outfit’s established reputation of “providing exceptional customer service in the region”.

“Acquiring the Brunswick head office was a no brainer strategically, complementing our existing 14 strong offices on the North Coast.

“Brunswick Heads also holds a special place in my heart as one of my most beloved Australian holiday spots, along with being one of the most sought-after locations for buying and renting property,” he stated.

While the outfit will now operate under a different banner, Mr Gray emphasised that the shift will not affect the existing team, which will continue to staff the office.

“What won’t change is the same local people helping clients in the same way the team always have – but now Brunswick can draw on the operational support, training and large database of buyers across our entire group” Mr Gray confirmed.

He revealed that the team from Brunswick Heads has already attended training sessions with industry experts such as Jet Xavier, Lee Woodward, and Josh Phegan in recent weeks, highlighting the commitment to ongoing development within the group.

Recently, the national network has taken big steps to bolster its presence in the NSW.

At the start of the month, Elders shared that its latest acquisition in NSW central tablelands resulted in six additional locations — Orange, Bathurst, Oberon, Blayney, Molong, and Cowra — to the network, all of which will operate as Elders Emms Mooney.
