The boutique group has ramped up its foray into the prestigious Sydney market with the appointment of an area specialist.

Established Lower North Shore sales agent Nic Christou, formerly of Atlas by LJ Hooker, joins BresicWhitney. He brings with him 12 years of industry experience, an emphasis on client service, and a reputation fabricated by strong results and sustained, trusted relationships.

His arrival forms part of the group's vision of targeted and sustainable growth, something group chief executive officer, Thomas McGlynn, defined as a key part of the brand’s “2025 vision”.

As part of this approach, Mr McGlynn explained BresicWhitney “had a clear focus on building a stronger presence in the Lower North Shore and the Eastern Suburbs”.

While he conceded “extending the credibility and trust we’ve built over 20 years in and around Sydney will take time”, he is optimistic that “having established agents in these markets join us, who share our vision and values, brings us closer to this”.

The group's top executive heralded Mr Christou for his “commitment to transparency, excellence, and buyer relationships”; characteristics he believes “make him a natural fit for our business”.
“We’re delighted that Nic has chosen BresicWhitney for that next step in his career and look forward to continuing to build our Lower North Shore presence and team over the coming months,” Mr McGlynn said.

Often touted as a highly competitive market which presents a wide range of buyers to vendors, Mr Christou is adamant the region is crying out for a new level of excellence to enter the market.

Across his real estate career, which stretches back over a decade, Mr Christou said he has learnt which type of cream rises to the top of the industry.

“From my experience, the groups that have the most success are those that have an unrelenting focus on the experience for both sellers and buyers and invest their energy in building long-term relationships beyond any one transaction,” he said.

Mr Christou believes his new home possesses these characteristics, before stressing his excitement at joining the group as “they begin this journey of expansion and growth”.

“I’m thrilled to have made the move,” he concluded.

BresicWhitney has also hinted that further announcements related to their Lower North Shore expansion, including the unveiling of a physical office, can be expected in the coming months.
