The network celebrated its ‘best and brightest’ in an exclusive event filled with fun and learning.

Professionals Real Estate honoured its most successful leaders from its top 50 offices in a three-day event held in Darwin at the end of July.

During the Top End celebration, the top performers were also inducted into the intranetwork PRO-Elite program, which has been recognising standout principals within the Professionals network since its establishment in 1986.

Professionals chief executive officer Katherine Gonzalez-Cork lauded the exceptional accomplishments of the 61 attendees.

“I congratulate them for earning their place as a PRO-Elite alumni. It is truly a privileged avenue for them to showcase their achievements, network and grow the collaboration within this select group.

Ms Gonzalez-Cork described the principals invited to join the coveted program as “part of a very select group of industry innovators and leaders”.

“It is their dedication and commitment that make Professionals the finest in Australia,’’ the executive added.

She highlighted the event provided the perfect opportunity to “pay tribute to the group’s highest achieving leaders and have some fun”.

During the event, attendees were given the opportunity to expand their network, gather insights from industry speakers and take part in education master classes.

Notably, master classes held during the event were led by speakers from diverse sectors, such as business, sports, leadership and wellbeing.

Speakers included inspirational AFL legend Simon Black, while Lee Woodward of Realtair shared the latest multimedia digital platforms for real estate agents. Another notable keynoter was Jay Pottenger of EQ Minds, whose passion lies in creating productive habits through prioritisation of mental health.

“The master class sessions are designed to help our principals to continue to run successful businesses and be innovating pioneers for the Professionals brand. After all, Professionals is all about putting our people first,’’ Ms Gonzalez-Cork remarked.

As the network’s 50th anniversary in 2026 approaches, the executive underlined the business’s focus on expanding their brand profile and growing their market share.

She voiced her optimism that PRO-Elite program will be the driving force behind the network achieving this vision.

Following the success of the event, Ms Gonzalez-Cork also revealed their plan for next year.

“Building on the success of Darwin, I am thrilled to announce that next year’s PRO-Elite will be held in Hobart,” she stated.
