The proptech recruitment initiative has named a new operations manager and client success leader.

Transitioning from her role at Regrowth Consultancy, Rebecca Blair has been named as Recruit RE’s newest recruit.

According to a statement from Recruit RE, Ms Blair’s appointment comes as the organisation experiences “remarkable growth” following on from its launch to market late last year.

At the time of the tech platform’s reveal, REB posed the question: Is real estate recruitment’s tech revolution already here?

For Recruit RE founders, Kylie Walsh and Anna Egri, there is no one better to steer the business from this position, with the duo remarking on Ms Blair’s “work ethic, commitment to innovation, and world-class client relationships”.

Complimenting their new operations manager and client success leader further, Ms Walsh said: “We are humbled to be taking this next step with Rebecca by [our] side”.

Having previously worked alongside the directors at Regrowth to host and manage conferences and study tours, both domestically and abroad, a statement from Recruit RE shared that Ms Blair “brings an authentic and practical approach to real estate solutions as an investor of Recruit RE”.

As part of her new role, her focus will be on helping employers save time, reduce recruitment costs, and provide greater transparency throughout the recruitment process.

She will also be involved with assisting the board to drive the company’s strategic direction and execute the business plan while working alongside Recruit RE customers in onboarding and integration endeavours.

According to Recruit RE, Ms Blair’s “astute acumen combined with the innovative approach of LBH Digital Australia, a leading custom software development agency, will undoubtedly contribute to the company’s growth and trajectory”.

And for Ms Blair herself, the new opportunity is an exciting prospect, commenting: “I am thrilled to be taking the next step in my career and continue my relationship with Regrowth as a preferred partner, and building something that will leave a legacy on our industry.”

At the time of Recruit RE’s launch, Ms Walsh and Ms Egri stated that their motivation for developing the app has been inspired by the ability to solve issues “regularly see[n]” across the industry.
