The network’s latest outpost will give Belle Property a firm grip on the south-east Queensland property market.
Real estate brand Belle Property has opened a new office in Caloundra at the southernmost end of the Sunshine Coast. Located 90 kilometres north of Brisbane’s CBD, Belle Property Caloundra will service a range of local, metropolitan and interstate buyers.
Leading the team will be husband-and-wife sales duo Jason and Rebecca Jaeger, who themselves are recent newcomers to the Sunshine Coast area.
The two city slickers “were drawn to Caloundra from Brisbane three years ago”, and the town has clearly won over their hearts.
Although the agents saw Sydney and Melbourne buyers flocking to Caloundra during COVID-19, they “believe that it is a place that is still being discovered”.
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb expressed enthusiasm for the new appointment, sharing that he was “delighted to welcome Jason and Rebecca Jaeger, a proven and dynamic sales team, as principals of Belle Property Caloundra”.
“With over 20 years’ real estate experience and a strong presence in the community, Jason and Rebecca will focus on Caloundra and the surrounding beachside suburbs which they call home,” he said.
The two new principals believe that the alliance with Belle Property will help them expand their capacity to adapt to an evolving market.
“While our average sales price is in the mid-$1 million range, we are seeing all types of property entering the market, especially properties with the ability to knockdown and rebuild, as well as properties that are ripe for renovation,” they stated.
“The backing of Belle Property and our own experience really provides us with a unique point of difference.”
Belle Property Caloundra will service the suburbs of Caloundra, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, Shelly Beach, Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach and Golden Beach.
The opening follows hot on the heels of several Queensland expansions by the network, including in Bribie Island, Townsville and Brisbane. Belle Property Caloundra is the seventh office that the network has launched in the Sunshine State since the start of 2023.
