The boutique network has rewarded two of its most experienced agents with new directorial roles at its Annandale outpost in Sydney’s inner west.
Ben Southwell and Alex Mastoris have both risen to the director’s seat at CobdenHayson’s Annandale office, with the network heralding both men as energetic, creative and experienced. The pair will be tasked with driving the office’s next phase of growth throughout the inner west market.
CobdenHayson founder Matt Hayson believes “having quality people working alongside you is vital for a healthy business”.
“Both Ben and Alex are incredibly professional operators but most importantly they’re just great humans, which is why we’re excited to witness their ongoing growth and see how they help shape and influence the direction of CobdenHayson,” he remarked.
Mr Hayson added the agency “[knows] they’re going to bring so much to the future of the business and the industry”.
Having been with CobdenHayson for the last 10 years, Mr Southwell expressed his view the agency is one of the very few that walk the walk.
“Many talk the talk, but only the sincere truly demonstrate it,” he said.
“Innovation goes beyond simply creating something new. It also encompasses sustaining the success we’ve achieved over the past decade,” Mr Southwell noted.
He explained his new role will see him “blend our remarkable history with fresh perspectives, fully embracing change and guiding our business towards new horizons”.
