Experienced auctioneer Adam Fiteni has linked up with Harcourts.
He joins the brand as a business development manager for the firm’s Victorian operations and will also serve as a corporate auctioneer.
Also an experienced mentor, the seasoned real estate professional was chosen for his customer-centric strategy, according to the network.
Citing his “lead by example” attitude, the firm noted that he brings a diverse background in customer-centric industries, having also risen in the ranks of hospitality and event management. An advocate for the use of auctions in the selling process, he is also a director at Hammer Time auctions.
“Adam has an incredible real estate background and has mentored agents and business owners along his journey, “ said Harcourts Victoria CEO Fabian Sanelli.
“He has fostered some incredible relationships in the industry and knows most of the Harcourts network as he had previous successful dealings with them.”

On his part, Fiteni said he’s excited to tackle this next chapter in his career.
