Manor Real Estate has acquired their first rural acreage office in a recent merger.

New kid on the block Manor Real Estate first opened for business in 2016, in the Hills District of north-west Sydney.

Eight years on, the brand has opened their first office specialising in acreage property sales.

“We found that there was a huge link between buyers in the Hills moving out to acreage properties, and those downsizing from acreage to the Castle Hill/Baulkham Hills area, so we thought it would be a great opportunity to merge the two businesses and share the buyer database to service more home owners in this transition from land to the Hills,” Manor Real Estate said.

The Manor Real Estate team has merged with LJ Hooker Dural, and LJ Hooker team members will remain on board for the change in ownership.

Steve Ford and William Brush, principals of the newly merged Manor Dural office, stated they are “excited to bridge the gap between residential and acreage buyers”.

“Joining a young and driven team will enable us to continue to drive results above and beyond in our core areas,” said Ford and Brush.

The duo also noted that “the ability to be flexible with our marketing campaigns will benefit our clients greatly” as “joining an innovative brand with state-of-the-art technology allows us to really elevate the clients’ experience”.

Manor Real Estate’s directors – Jay Bacani, Igor Jugovic, Paul Hanna and Zach Eadie – also expressed enthusiasm about the Dural opening.

“We are thrilled to tap into this luxury pocket of north-west Sydney and cannot wait to elevate our brand alongside the agents of the Dural office,” the executive team stated.

“We are excited to continue our growth journey and couldn’t have asked for better leaders to join businesses with.”

Over the coming 12 months, the team will prioritise a smooth transition for their vendors, buyers and landlords.

It’s a process that the Manor team is familiar with, given that they acquired four Sydney offices in the past year.

The brand acquired Taylor Real Estate in Oatlands in February 2023, before acquiring Century 21 Seven Hills in April.

Manor Real Estate stated that “all our acquisitions have been with businesses that have been running for decades and have built a solid foundation in their core area”.
