A Harcourts Elite Agents office has landed in Baldivis.

The semi-rural residential suburb southeast of Perth will bolster the Harcourts Elite Agents brand, which first started in South Perth.

For Donna Whitehead, the licensee and director of Harcourts Elite Agents, the decision to enter the Baldivis market is both a personal and an opportunistic one.

A member of the local community herself, Whitehead noted that Baldivis has “experienced an annual compound growth rate of 17.9 per cent and there is strong demand for investment property in the area”.

She also flagged that the area’s demographics “make it an excellent suburb of choice due to the affordable house prices in an increasing market”.

“The decision to open an office here was also due to the government contracts secured in the area and the strong demand for property in these locations,” she continued.

Whitehead brings over two-and-a-half decades of property experience to the new outpost, with business acumen honed across Australia and New Zealand.

She also touted her experience as a business coach, life coach and NLP practitioner, which holds her in good stead for her newest operation, expressing her belief that the best real estate agents are effective communicators and strong negotiators.

She went on to stress the importance of being able to instil trust in clients and easily build rapport, with the team on board with a focus on “fostering positive change in the Baldivis real estate market”.

And the new office is not the only reason to celebrate, with Harcourts noting Whitehead’s second office was opened on International Women’s Day, on 8 March 2024.

Harcourts Western Australia CEO Shane Kempton remarked: “I am very proud of Donna on the opening of her second office with Harcourts in Western Australia.”

He stated it made it even more significant that the event coincided with International Women’s Day, commenting that “Donna is a great example of the success women can have in the real estate industry, from working in corporate through to business ownership, all while raising family, including six grandchildren”.

“Donna is very family-orientated, and her approach to life and business is always about putting people first and providing the finest experience for her team, family and clients.”

“We are all very excited for Donna, her family and team, and look forward to continued success in the Baldivis community,” he concluded.
