Long-term agency Harvey Nhan begins a new era for his agency dedicated to supporting diverse clients.

Director Harvey Nhan has rebranded his business to Professionals Noble Park, Springvale, Keysborough in transitioning to the group.

Nhan established his first independent office, Harvey Real Estate in Noble Park, in 2011 and a few years later he joined a major franchise network as “Harvey Nhan” before late last year making the decision, alongside his business partner, to rebrand to Professionals.

Throughout his 12 years of business, Professionals said Nhan has been driven by his passion for supporting his culturally diverse clients who come to rent or buy across their new communities in Melbourne’s south-east.

Nhan himself knows the complications language barriers can pose when dealing with real estate agencies.

“As a young man in Vietnam, I always had an ambition to come to Australia. When I arrived in 1994, my English was not strong so I worked in a factory at night and studied English and went to tech college during the day,” detailed Nhan.

“After college I worked as a handyman and developed an interest in visiting auctions and researching sales figures in the surrounding suburbs that led to my love of real estate.”

Nhan has sought throughout his career to foster an environment of inclusivity, with his new venture one of many highly successful Vietnamese businesses that have developed strong ties to the multicultural suburbs of Noble Park, Springvale and Keysborough, with the area also home to many Cambodian and Sri Lankan families.

“I really enjoy supporting my clients in the whole process of buying, selling and leasing as they establish new homes in Noble Park and surrounding suburbs,” Nhan said.

Nhan and his business partner, Hannah Luu, both stated they are very much satisfied with the arrangement and pathways provided by Professionals, with Nhan highlighting the support provided to them throughout the transition.

He shared: “It’s been the right decision and provides me with more opportunities to grow.”

Weighing in on Nhan and Luu’s alignment, Professionals CEO Katherine Gonzalez-Cork said both business owners are “very welcome additions to the network”.

“Both have intricate knowledge of the industry and exhaustive experience to share with their clients,” Gonzalez-Cork stated.
