Success in the beachside Sydney suburb of Sans Souci has translated into the expansion to a nearby neighbourhood for a Stone Real Estate team.
Ray Fadel and Gerry Filas, who opened Stone Sans Souci in 2019, have announced they are growing their operations to the neighbourhood of South Hurstville following increased demand from buyers and sellers in the nearby locale.
Collaborators for more than two decades, Fadel and Filas have a strong confidence in their knowledge of the local area, having served the peninsula throughout that time.
With a desire to grow their operations, they feel that South Hurstville offers the market dynamics to bring their business to its next level.
“The journey to opening our South Hurstville office has been a long-held aspiration for us,” Fadel commented.
“It provides an exciting opportunity to merge our collective strengths and extend our comprehensive real estate services to both sellers and buyers in this dynamic community.”
Filas added that support from the Stone network has been integral to growing their business.
“The results we’ve experienced at Stone Sans Souci and the unwavering support from the Stone head office have been pivotal in paving the way for this expansion. It’s a significant step towards extending our reach and further solidifying our commitment to excellence in the real estate industry,” he said.
According to Luke Cameron, head of franchise at Stone Real Estate, the new office is indicative of the team’s hard work as well as the network’s approach to enabling expansion.
