Chandan Sharma, a prominent figure in northwestern Sydney’s real estate circle, has aligned with Raine & Horne to preside over the brand’s new Bella Vista office.

Raine & Horne reported that Sharma has experience spanning over seven years with other real estate brands and previously served as a founding director of a boutique group that had 50 agents in seven offices nationally.

Sharma will be operating within a brand-new office in the centre of Bella Vista’s business park precinct, with Raine & Horne citing the agent’s residency within the Hills District alongside his career selling properties in the area since 2017 as invaluable assets.

Outlining his goals for Raine & Horne Bella Vista, Sharma stated his team’s strategic focus as achieving further appraisals, listings, sales and growth in Bella Vista and other quickly growing communities in northwest Sydney.

“We chose the Bella Vista market as we also want to sell properties in the Hill’s newest suburb, Gables, and nearby Box Hill, where I have been selling properties since 2017,” said Sharma.

“Four-bedroom family homes are selling in these suburbs for between $1.5 million and $2 million, and we are going to focus here as we know the area and the community inside out.”

In discussing the reasons behind his move to Raine & Horne, Sharma noted the agency’s recent focus on harnessing cutting-edge technology as a decisive influence.

“Raine & Horne is outstanding with the ecosystem of technology that it has developed, such as the AI-powered social media marketing platform Amplify and the online appraisal tool DigiKitPlus,” explained Sharma.

“They have invested heavily, which is why they are ahead of the game with technology and are a company I want to work with.”

Sharma praised his onboarding process as “seamless” and commended the corporate team under Angus Raine, executive chairman of Raine & Horne, for their support and guidance.

“Angus Raine is a well-respected figure in the industry and is a great leader. As part of my due diligence, I looked carefully at the leader who is running the company, and with Raine & Horne, I like what I see.”

A statement outlining the office opening additionally stated that Sharma is expecting to welcome an experienced property manager to the business by the end of April.

“Building the rental roll will be a major focus for Raine & Horne Bella Vista,” concluded Sharma.
