A 15-year industry veteran has joined the Coronis Bracken Ridge team, motivated to help serve her local community.

Jess Dignon has joined Coronis Bracken Ridge, boasting a 15-year career in real estate.

Having started her career as a receptionist, Dignon then worked in sales administration before serving as an office manager. Over the last five years, she worked in sales.

Dignon praised the Coronis team including agency director Dion Saab, welcoming the opportunity to collaborate in a supportive work environment.

“The team at Coronis Bracken Ridge has been incredibly supportive and everyone just wants one another to do well,” Dignon said.

“While I knew Dion was an elite agent, it shocked me just how much support and help he provides the team. He is a genuine leader, and that just inspires me and the rest of the team to give our best and help each other in any way we can.”

Agency directors Cassandra and Dion Saab applauded the appointment: “We are proud to welcome Jess to the team. She is a terrific person, and we are excited to support her achieve her goals.”

The team hopes that Dignon will continue excelling in her real estate career.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi noted that the move will help strengthen the local Coronis offering: “Cass and Dion have built an incredibly strong team at Bracken Ridge, and I’m certain Jess will only strengthen it.”

It comes just weeks after the Coronis Group bolstered its South-East Queensland footprint with a new office in Pelican Waters.

Coronis Pelican Waters is led by husband-and-wife real estate professionals Louis and Kathy d’Espagnac, and marks the group’s third Sunshine Coast location.

Before moving to Australia in 2017, Louis d’Espagnac worked within the UK-based Romans Group, where he became one of the youngest sales directors in the company’s history.

Explaining his decision to join Coronis on emigrating, Louis shared he “found himself missing the day-to-day of real estate”. During a family holiday to Australia in 2016, he spoke with Coronis Group chairman Andrew Coronis, where he realised his “values aligned perfectly”.
