The Australasian real estate company has opened a new office servicing the Leppington and Austral market amid south-western Sydney’s ongoing property and infrastructure boom.

The office will be led by Bjay Paul and will expand the company’s local footprint alongside existing offices in Bardia, Canley Vale, Hoxton Park/Green Valley, and Liverpool.

Executive chairman and CEO Angus Raine explained that the time was right for an office to service Leppington and Austral, with the region’s continued population and infrastructure growth.

“With Western Sydney Airport at its core, it’s no surprise that south-western Sydney is one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions,” Raine said.

“What was once open paddocks are now vibrant, bustling suburbs such as Leppington and Austral, complete with town centres, schools, parks, and other fundamental amenities.

“Given the dynamic nature of this region, it’s only fitting that we’re expanding our presence here and partnering with forward-thinking real estate specialists such as Bjay. Tenacious, confident, and dedicated, Bjay is reshaping the real estate experience for vendors, buyers, and investors in his area, and I’m excited to be working with him.”

Paul welcomed the opportunity to work with Raine & Horne and expand the brand’s presence in the region, in particular, harnessing technology and innovation to enhance delivery for customers.

“Raine & Horne was on my wish list because of its strong reputation in the Australian real estate industry and its suite of technology innovations, including the social media marketing platform Amplify and the digital proposal tool DigiKitPlus,” he said.

“The advanced technology, comprehensive training and support, strong brand reputation, and pioneering expertise offered by Raine & Horne make it the ideal choice for myself and the local Leppington and Austral communities.”

It comes as Raine & Horne announced that the company had expanded its office network by 15 per cent over the last financial year.

The growth included new offices in regional NSW and Queensland, connecting farmers, business entities and families in country Australia.

Travis Wentriro, regional and rural network manager at Raine & Horne, explained that their presence in the country is at a “record high”.

“Our network has grown significantly since we relaunched the Raine & Horne Rural brand last year,” said Wentriro.

“We’ve opened or rebranded offices in NSW in locations such as Casino, Quirindi, Murrurundi, and several locations in Queensland, bringing our total of Raine & Horne Rural offices to a record high.”
